Dear All,
Johny B is right cut your losses. I got T Mobile to give me a reduction of £5 per month and also put me on their lowest tarrif for the remaining period. I wrote to their chief executive and received a reply in 3 days.
I also urge all to to send an e mail to BBC Watchdog and complain about Click Mobile. It is very easy and if we all contact BBC they will investigate and get a commitment from the owners

Thanks for the advices...
I was polite in my letter and also on the phone, I asked 3 if they can downgrade my contracts because I have 3 of them - they said that downgrade is only availablee after I have finished the current contract in December.
Cheers0 -

Dear All
I had an interesting chat with Charles at Hounslow Trading Standards (020 8583 5003) this morning. Click Mobile UK Ltd are not in liquidation - they have just ceased trading. He talked me through the options of what to do now that we are stuck with unwanted and expensive contracts. The options are as follows:
1. Sue Click Mobile UK for breach of contract - they have not paid what they said they would pay under the contract. The cost will depend on how much is owed and whether you represent yourself at court. However, there is no point in starting this if they are about to go into liquidation.
2. Write to your service provider requesting cancellation/lower tariff - tried that - lets wait and see but I am not holding my breath.
3. Cancel your direct debits. You will be chased by debt collectors and ruin your credit history. Eventually you may get taken to court where you can argue your case and say you entered into contract because of a sales inducement which did not take place.
So, we are stuck in a really uncomfortable and expensive place. I wrote to Watchdog as I saw their programme on 17 October 2007 and am waiting for their reply. There are over 7000 hits on this forum so if everyone sends an email to Watchdog, they may do something about it.
Another good thing is to get the press involved and see if anyone will take on our cause. I cannot believe that so many of us are affected by this scandal and yet, no government agency or any other official body is willing to step in to protect our consumer rights.
I am so disappointed that people are just allowed to get away with. We all need to take our own individual stand in the hope that together we are stronger. I would suggest that everyone email watchdog, the Times and the Evening Standard to tell them what's going on. It is simply not right that everyone keeps telling us that there is nothing that they can do.0 -

The so-called escalation of Three.co.uk has not got any further than the agreement is not between us and them but with clickmobile.
Had it not been for Three granting Clickmobile the rights to sell their contracts on their behalf we would not have signed the contract in the first place. I asked what checks they carried out before awarding the retailer to sell their products for them especially when ClickMobile was trading under a different name in the past.
Well, it seems that we are only talking to the customer services based in the call centre(s) and they used the same old phrases as all the other staff at the call centre. It is simply a waste time and breath talking to the customer services.
I asked Three how the retailers were paid their commissions and were told that the money was paid to the retailers as soon as a contract was signed. This left us to foot the monthly bill and the retailer got their money and have "vanished".
Regardless of whether ClickMobile has gone into liquidation or not, Three played a big part in this scandal - using a third party to trick us into the contracts.
I went to the County Court in Brentford yesterday and the court clerk advises me to go the CAB seeking their help to complete the form - we are all so gullible but who wouldn't? This is a good deal and I expect even the richest man on this planet will want a good deal at sometime so we are not greedy, we are simply too naive...but how on earth would we know that we would be in this position - being cheated out of our hard-earned money.
Keep this going, hope to get somewhere.0
