I took the advice and cancelled my DD and they are now charging me an extra £3 per account for not paying by DD
That wasn't the advice you were given in this thread! (The extra £3 you'd have to pay was pointed out to you).I went to the County Court in Brentford yesterday and the court clerk advises me to go the CAB seeking their help to complete the form
There will be little satisfaction when you win your court case but the Defendant can't pay you. You can't get the money if they have none. It has already been posted in this thead that they have a number of CCJs registered against them, none of which have been settled.
If you are determined to go to court, then using moneyclaimonline will be cheaper than using your local court, and you will be putting less money down the drain.0 -
Thx Quentin.
I am thinking about claiming it against Three as it was Three that permitted Clickmobile to sell their products on their behalf and thus put us in such a mess.0 -
OK, but get some advice before you pay out to sue 3.0

None of these have been settled. The only way of getting your money back if you win you CCJ is if Click Mobile have any assets or money in the bank.
I have also registered a CCJ against ClickMobile and I am waiting to see what the next step is. Can anyone check to see with the Land Registry whether Clickmobile owned any of the properties they operated from. If they do own a property we can put a charge against that and we have 99.9% chance of getting our money then.
Thanks

mammsp - How do you register a ccj? and how do I find out what my customer ID is (would the registered mobile number do)?
Also, if you post the addresses I can check the Land Registry to see if they own any of the premises they operated from.
thanks0 -
Hi,
It is easy to register a small claims and it can be done online, use this website:
http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/infoabout/claims/index.htm
And their address is:
Click Mobile UK Ltd.

Middlesex.

Registered in England No. 5233829
Vat Reg No.: 888 6190 62

What mammsp is advising is to take out a claim against Click Mobile. This will cost the court fee.
As is discussed previously in this thread, what is the point of going to the expense of getting a ccj against them?
You will just be wasting more money.0 -
thanks mammsp. Quentin- I've registered a claim against them because officially they are still solvent and, therefore, still liable to pay what they agreed in the contract, plus costs. If I do make a loss, it will be £60, which I'm prepared to risk.
mammsp - this is all I could find on the property. the only thing they seem to have in common is the surname 'Singh' (one of Click Mobiles owners is called Teja Singh)
the shop owner is:HAYRE INVESTMENTS AND DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (83a Meadfield Road, Langley, Berks.)HAYRE INVESTMENTS AND DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED is owned by:
Amarjit Singh (76 Crosslands Avenue, Norwood Green, Middlesex UB2 5RA)
Talwinder Hayre (83a Meadfield Road, Langley, Berks. SL3 8HY)

It's a shame you are wasting £60 like this, but its your money. (Though it will be around £30 not £60, as they will ignore the summons, and no hearing will be necessary).
(It would be more usefully spent if you gave it to your favourite charity)
mammsp has put up the ccjs that they have against them, but remain unpaid - going back to July. So there has already been 10 registered, costs around £300 wasted (which could have done some good for charities!), and they haven't been trading for ages!
What makes you so sure they are solvent?
All the signs point to a business which has ceased.
It takes time for Companies House records to reflect status changes.0
