Hi all
It is good that we keep each other informed this way.
I was told by Three that the escalation is as it stands at the moment, they will try to claim the money from Click Mobile on our behalf and that is as far as it goes.
Three has phoned me at least 10 times now to say that they can help me recover some of the loss, when I heard this I was exuberant and thought at least this is better than nothing.
Unfortunately, this is just a gimmick to get me to sign new contracts with them. I have to take out a new contract for 12 months and Three will give me £150 for each contract. I have 3 contracts so in order to get back the £450, I will need to take out 3 new contracts for a further 12 months!0 -
