Hi All,
I think every one of us have been doing the right thing - however, I have also written to 3 and asked for a written response. This creates a legislative issue for them as the response can be used as a formal proof.
3 have stated to me that they are talking to their dealer who sits above Click Mobile (the retailer). While they cannot guarantee anything, it is possible to get full or part of the cashback.
I feel what will strenghten our case and a possibility of some monetary return is for everyone to write to three - explain the collateral nature of the contract, our issue with click mobile and ask them to provide a written response.
I think this is our only hope. If we reach a deadlock, then we can go to ofcom. This is one of the requirements for logging a complaint with ofcom.
Getting on liquidators list, demonstrating outside their office can only cost us (time + expenses) with no hope of any return.
What do you think?

I have just received an automated standard reply from 3 which is just rubbish. we need to contact someone in the newspapers. when they get bad publicity- their sales will be affected and it will be more cost effectiv for them to pay us off!!!!!!!!!!0

I phoned 3G today about changing to lower tariff and was advised that I have to complete the contract before this can be changed.
It really means how long is your contract with 3G, you can't change tariff before contract expires.0 -

hi , I have got two lines from click mobile network is orange. i have same problum with this click mobile shop Hounslow.they have gave me a cheque amount 1620 pounds ( cash back)which has been returned to me by bank as unpaid. what we can do next??? i still got that cheque and letter from the bank. is there anything we could do against this fraud?0
