It seems your only chance is to join the line of creditors and hope there is some money left in the firm to make a payout after the liquidators are finished.
To save some of your money, why not lower your tariff?0 -
Hi, took your advice and contact 3G but the tariff is stuck with me until the contract expires!
From what I understand there have been several complaints in recent months about ClickMobile. The lady at the customer services end said that 3G does not deal with ClickMobile anymore and I told her that the company has gone into liquidation. She asked me how did I know and my reply was that I on "mobiletoday.com" and I have also check on Companies House that this company was trading under the name of Apollo Communication Centre Ltd and also traded under a new name Click Mobile UK Group Ltd in addition to Click Mobile Online.
Sorry, such news do not help the situation.
Why are we so gullible, well - to say the least, who does not like a good bargain. Dialaphone has been going on for so many years, should have stuck with them and this would not have arisen.
Then... if I can predict this would happen, I would not have taken out the contract through them in the first place.

The staff at ClickMobile said that the company owned the freehold at Hanworth Road, Hounslow, if this is the case, then there is quite a lot of assets. But then it might just be a case to "shut" me up.0

The company may "own" it, but is it paid for?0

Hi all, Does anyone know how we get our list on the line of creditors? I think this is our only chance of getting back some of the money if there is anything left after the liquidation. Putting your name on a petition isn't going to get us anything unfortunately.
Also, has anyone had any success gettig a reduced tariff from 3? We were told that this would NOT be possible.0 -
Has ClickMobile officially gone into liquidation / bankrupt? Or are they just have cashflow problems, as I am aware that they said Barclays have stopped their account, hence customer cashback cheques were bouncing.
If they have gone into liquidation, you will need to get in touch with the liquidators and add your name onto the list of creditors. Don't hold your breath on getting money back though, as the list of creditors is ranked in order of importance, rather than first-come-first-serve, so the Taxman and Banks will ge ranked towards the top, and customers like yourselves towards the bottom.0 -
Listen very carefully..
clickmobile on Hanworth Road Hounslow and its other branch on western road southall are run by zahid khan...he is in serious financial trouble and his company accounts are frozen...this what he staff are telling customers who have not recieved any cashbacks after 6-8 months. The cashback was meant to be paid after 28 days !!!
Ealing Trading Standards have a file open on this company so PLEASE phone them on 0208 825 6888 and tell them how long you have been waiting for your cashback.click mobile will very likely close down without paying anyone unless we all act against khan together.
SO PLEASE CALL TRADING STANDARDS ON 0208 825 6888 if you have a contract through 3 network call the HQ on 0870 733 0489.
DO IT NOW..!!
I have spoken to 3 customer services who at first stated that the cash back deal is between us and the crooks (Khan and Mahmood). I further requested them to state that in writing which is when the response got professional!! They have now set up a panel which is looking at "Click Mobile" and how they got on as their preferred retailer.
Other than that I don't know what to do really!! Any further news from anyone!!!0 -
Ive fallen prey to these crooks too. Spoke with 3three last thursday (6th september), and all they said is that they'll "escalate" this issue on my behalf. I'm owed over £700 and really p****d off. Like Boombastic said it will be interesting to see the steps 3Three takes now, (surely can't they offer us the same deal they offered the clickmobile) and what the outcome will be. I even asked them if they could lower the tariff but they were not willing to do that either..Anyone know how to get on this "list of creditors"..may be a long shot, but right now, I'm prepared to do anything to get my money back!0

I don't see the point of being on the list of creditors, like someone said earlier, the liquidators will prioritise the banks and suppliers (in this case the handset suppliers) and the loans they took out for this business and people like us may be lucky to have a share of the residuals - which in most cases is not worth the cheque it is written on.
Trading Standards have advised to write to 3G informing them that we are claiming for damages on a 2-party contract or 3G to cancel our contract. There is a good and bad side of this, if 3G cancel the contract then I do not have to continue with the contract and the montly rental will stop, in my case is £135 per month - I still have 6 months to go. On the other side, the cashback scheme with clickmobile todate of £615 is whipped off because we can't have both - i.e. to cancel the contract and also have the cash back already due to me.
I have not send the letter to 3G as I want both, cancel the contract and get my cash back but this would be a dream come true.0 -
dream on!!!!!!!!!0
