Nice gesture i guess but regadless of if the data is free or paid for the issue is that most people cannot even connect to the internet via GiffGaff so makes their offer slightly useless!:rotfl:

I do not understand why the offer is useless?

Not being able to connect to the internet was a serious problem for alot of giffgaff customers.

The problem was caused by the system to charge for data use. Therefore giffgaff have switched off the charging system, so the internet is free again, while O2 fix the problem.

My point is that ME posts how bad GiffGaff is and is not a customer .
Reads the forum about a known problem for the last month spins that up into all customers .I for one have always had a data connection .
Yes their has been a well documented problem for some . GiffGaff due to this problem announce free data whilst its solved and still ME pounces .
Sorry but your posts on this topic ME are not giving the facts only some of the facts . You as someone in retail i presume knows full well that negative /problem/ i hate customers posts in forums be it Giffgaff or any other . Then to take a small percentage of customers as a measure for all customers is plain wrong . Going by the negative posts on here for all the major networks do you warn people not to use Orange Vodaphone TMobile O2 3UK etc do you trawl those networks forums for problems ??.

Type m store bad food into a search engine and you will find customers complaining does that mean m stores should be avoided as all their food is bad .??

    a. What can you get for £10 per month?

    b. Do I need to buy a phone?

    c. What does the internet allowance equate to? (ie how long browsing)

    d. Finally does it work abroad?

Sorry for all the Q.s but I'm new to this:cool:

    Thanks
