  • Hi all,

I started this some time ago but had to give up as my Mum was ill.

With the New Year now here I'm keen to try again and wondered if anyone else would like to join me?

My plan would be to start in the next couple of days on week 1 again.

I want to get back on the bandwagon too! But need some new running shoes first, so probably won't start again til next week :)

I stopped when the snow came, then what with Christmas and new year have not run at all. Did week four again today and didn't feel too bad.

Don't think I'll ever get to the end though:(
  • I've just done Week 1 Run 1 and it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected - in fact I quite enjoyed it - I'd forgotten how much of a buzz a short burst of exercise gives you and running in the cold night air is rather nice.

    Good luck everyone!

Am up to Week 1 run 2, run 3 is tomorrow morning and I'll be cracking 4 and 5 in over the weekend, along with me starting to shred again :D

Started off with week 5 run 2, it felt good to do it but I really had to force myself out of the house.

    Thanks elfen :-)

flissh - I'm not either as I'm only managing to run on a weekend at the moment. Hoping to get out more when the nights get lighter.
