ok ran again this morning and definitely feel the intervals are improving my training just not sure how to fit 3 x per week in with the rest of my gym/dog walking. I'm on holiday at the moment so its been ok but back to work on Thursday. The music is dire but does its job.

Week 6 run 1 today, didn't do too badly. I'll do run 2 tomorrow, well I'll do the 25 min run. Got my running number through for the Big Fun Run, it's 103! So if you're in Soton or there and you see me, cheer me on!

  • been meaning to start for a while.

Did run one week one of the gateway to 8k today. However, I only did 35 minutes of it, as wasn't sure where else to run. I've been doing about 30minutes myself with no i-pod just very slow jogging. Found today like I actually did proper exercise!! Made my run slightly longer and will look at finding another extension so I can do the full week one.

Hoping to go out again this week.

However, just blown it and eaten a bar of galaxy bubbles!

Ah, well keep plodding I guess

    very quite here lately.

elfen i presume you won as i didnt even go out for a run. I have a horrible cold so haven't run since mon (maybe explains the sore chest?) and will not b running until this has shifted, hopefully monday.

keeping running everyone, best way to warm up in the colder weather
