:rotfl: Had never been on a treadmill in my life until Friday night! Thinking about getting a Fri, Sat and Sun pass to the gym near me (working Mon-Thurs 11am - 10pm now) and seeing how that goes. Just worried I won't stick at it, I don't seem very good at thatJust because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.0 -

You said it;)
Wow you work amazingly long hours! More money saving to run outside you know. So long as you can cope with the freezing weather and torrential rain.
Glad you're O.K. though and back in spirit if not yet in body.Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D0 -

Yeah I moved to Cardiff a month or so ago and got a new job. Don't have to do these hours but it means I get the full weekend off and have set shifts whereas others don't know what they're working one week to the next
I know, but the gym is a nice novelty isn't itand I could go to a few of the classes etc, will see over the next couple days what I want to do.
How are things? How far you running now? (hate to think :rotfl:)Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.0
