I attach them to a lanyard and then tuck the keys into my bra so they are doubly safe :D

I tried that but the keys drove me nuts working loose or just jagging in to my boobs.

Thanks - I night try this first as I have a lanyard lurking upstairs somewhere, if I dont get on with it I'll buy an armband.

I use an arm wallet when I'm out, its a zip pouch on a velcro armband, I keep my mp3 player in it too so my hands are free. Or in winter I have a jacket with zip pockets
I take minimal keys, back door and back gate, one pair of my jogging pants has a small pocket so they go in there when I wear those on. On other days I tie them into the laces of my trainers and then stick the ends of the keys under the laces so they don't jangle while I run.

I take my single spare key and pop it in my very small body bag that I have my ipod in too and cross it over my body while running

It works fine and I'm looking for a jacket for when it gets cooler in the year to pop the ipod into

Planning Run 2 tomorrow morning before work Week 7 - cross my fingers I get out there!

Just back from Run 3 Week 7 - phew was ok just!

But my lovely new trainers were great! Really comfy and cushioned - bought them a week or 2 early but worth it after the first run in them!

Tried this today and it worked pretty well.

I like the idea of tying them to my laces too - might try this next time.

    Completed Week 8 today!

Run 2 yesterday later on in the afternoon which I found quite hard work then got up and went out this morning first thing and found it easier today

Might start Week 9 tomorrow as aiming for at least 4 runs this week and maybe 5 if can manage - need to improve stamina and try and lose some weight!
