well done fedupandskint - are you jumping from week 3 to week 6 runs or is that the total time since you started running?

I have finished week 5. Did run 2 last night and run 3 a couple of hours ago. My final run of the week was okay. I can actually run for 20mins WITHOUT stopping...get me:D.

Sorry to interrupt, but can I just ask a question? Would something like this be suitable for someone like me who is overweight, smokes, not even slightly fit (but generally healthy!) and who hates exercise?

I know it says Couch to... but does it really mean that?

I get puffed running for the bus. Well I would, if I could actually be bothered to run for it!

Have been thinking about joining a gym because I REALLY need to loose weight (I'm hitting a size 20 now, my "happy to be plump" normal size is 16, so something needs to change:( )

I eat OK, exercise is def my issue - I HATE it! I just think I'd be better off hating it for free, rather than paying £40 a month at a gym for the priviledge!

Is this worth a try for someone as unfit as me?
