You sound like you're progressing well fedupandskint. I walked this morning - running scheduled for tomorrow. The walk was a power walk though, not sure the dog was impressed as she wanted to walk more slowly. I walked the 5k, will try and run it tomorrow.

just a quick question for those that run in the morning. Do you run before or after breakfast?

Had to start week 4 again, so run 1 is in the bag, and it was a lot easier until the last run!

cazmcf - I tend to run before breakfast. Mostly because I don't feel much like eating when I first get up, and because I don't have 40 minutes to wait for any food to digest before I go out. I'd rather have that extra time in bed.

Week 6 run 3 done and feeling a lot better. I seem to find the intervals harder than just running without the breaks, so just kept it nice and slow when it got hard and pushed it towards the end. :j

Good luck for everyone with the running this week.

I run before breakfast as well. I had the worst run this morning, I really really struggled and didn't get anywhere near 5k. I needed to force myself to just run for about 25 mins and it was really really slow.
