That's a great excuse going there teachergirl!
As for me I've had a horrible cold all week and couldn't drag myself out again on a run like I did on Tuesday. It feels like it has almost gone so I will get back out there tomorrow! Felt guilty at missing 2 runs this week after doing so well with this unexpected cold but had to do it

As I felt so much better today I went out and ran Run 1 Week 7 this afternoon. Kept the pace slow and did it with no stops and overall it was ok for most of the runfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550

Well am back from my hols, and am intending to download the podcasts tomorrow, attempted a run today and 2 weeks of doing nothing has had a bad effect on me.It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Anyone got any clever ideas for what I can do with my house keys when running? I started the C25K today and just held them in my hand but they get quite sweaty and uncomfortable, I live alone so no one to let me back in and nowhere outside safe to leave them.......0

I use an arm wallet when I'm out, its a zip pouch on a velcro armband, I keep my mp3 player in it too so my hands are free. Or in winter I have a jacket with zip pocketsIt’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

I attach them to a lanyard and then tuck the keys into my bra so they are doubly safe0
