Hi Primmer well done on your run, mine is up in the north-east at Slaley Hall, I looked at ones abroad but decided that for the price and the luxury I'd go to this one. Its called nolippybootcamp.Never let your sucesses go to your head and never let your failures go to your heart.:beer:0

Am feeling very proud of myself having completed today W5R3.:j Never thought I could run for 20 mins without stopping (except for a few seconds to blow my nose - well I had to , I couldn't breathe!). Am looking forward to next week, it doesn't seem quite so bad now.0

i've had a bit of a break form running because i just couldn't master week 5 run2 and it was getting me down. So i was all geared up yesterday to give it another go when my back went into spasm and hasn't been right since.
And now I'm going on holiday on wednesday so there will be no running for a total of 3 weeks:eek:, (i'm not complaining though)
It will be interesting to see what my fitness levels will be like when i get back into it.LBM 04/10:j

Hi, this is my first time posting on this thread. For the past few years I have made sure I have jogged or done cardio aerobics at least a couple of times a week. At the moment I am going on the treadmill three times a week and running about three miles each time, trying to increase this but finding it tough!٩(•̮̮̃•̃)۶ ٩(-̮̮̃-̃)۶ ٩(●̮̮̃•̃)۶ ٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶ ٩(-̮̮̃•̃)۶ :EasterBun0

Just about managed wk 6 run 2 today in the heat phew!! it was tough, although actually I found the first 10 min run harder than the 2nd, not sure why....
my next run is meant to be 25 mins, don't think I will manage it but think I will go out with the attitude that I will run as long as I can...
Hope everyone is staying motivated...I do find it harder in this weather, but I just know how much better I will feel when I am back and have had my showerStarting with Avon C6 target sales £150.000
