I did 30 mins run this morning (instead of 28) but I ran the same distance as I did Tuesday in 28 mins so I don't know whether to be happy or annoyed at myself.

Well done Elfen :T it is a great feeling isn't it!!

Back from my wk 5 run 2 - managed it but it was really hard :o It seems such a big jump from 2 x 8mins to 20 mins, will give it a go but although so far I have surprised myself I don't think I will be doing so on the next one...:(

The other thing is, I would have thought I would have been getting further by running more but today I didn't get as far as I have before - I am obviously running realllly slooowwwwllly :)

Mumto2 Good luck tonight, hope its a great atmosphere for you even if the weather isn't great...I too prefer cooler weather though to blazing hot sun....

Hi Treetrunks - there are a few of us who have done it, even when we didn't think we could. take it steady and see how you go is my advice :-). Good luck.

Treetrunks - welcome onboard - you're in the right place for support!

I started this program 10 weeks ago and was struggling to run for 1 min x 6. Last night, I ran the 5km race for life. So am living proof that it can be done :T

    Go for it!
    Now proud Mumto3 :j
