    Well done Elfen :T it is a great feeling isn't it!!

    Back from my wk 5 run 2 - managed it but it was really hard :o It seems such a big jump from 2 x 8mins to 20 mins, will give it a go but although so far I have surprised myself I don't think I will be doing so on the next one...:(

    The other thing is, I would have thought I would have been getting further by running more but today I didn't get as far as I have before - I am obviously running realllly slooowwwwllly :)

    Mumto2 Good luck tonight, hope its a great atmosphere for you even if the weather isn't great...I too prefer cooler weather though to blazing hot sun....

    Did it in 35mins, so well chuffed :j. Only one brief walky bit.
    Rain held off, sun even came out at one point.
