hmm - as near as I can judge it I did 2.47 miles not 2.75 miles :(
I am doing a v similar distance to you (I'm still on wk8 :o) - my last run was 2.38 miles.

I should be running tonight but it's absolutely peeing it down outside so I'm going to go early morning tomorrow instead - will be a change as I never usually run through the day.

Did my run tonight despite promising myself I would rest and allow my light strain to heal and it was the worst descision I've made!! Now sitting on the sofa in so much pain all up my inner thigh down to my knee. It is sore every time I move and very uncomfortable , and that's after a bath and 2 ibuprofen :( I was so hooked on running every two days and now I think I'll be waiting a while yet before I can get out again.

It was w7r2 so I just hope I don't drop back to less than 25 mins in the time I have to rest.

Well done everyone else and I will be jealous of you all getting out running!

I was hooked I think. Didn't want to break the routine but I'm definitely gonna be taking it slower from now on and not be so OCD haha!

u01jet4 good idea to slow down, but I can imagine how you feel after getting into a routine, you know you can do it now though so just keep coming on here and keep motivated for when you are injury free :)

I am due out on my wk 5 run 2 later today, am a bit nervous as 8 mins x 2 seems like a real jump, but I will at least give it a try...

I downloaded the Robert Ullrey podcast to try for today, but its a weird week as it is different on each run...can anyone tell me, is it easy to work out when to run/walk on the run 2? I have been using my c25k ipod app which just lets me run to my own music with a voice coming in to tell me when to run/walk and how much time I have left etc... but am intrigued to try the podcasts...

well done spinme/teachergirl/elkay115/completelylost on your runs and anyone else getting out there in this strange weather!!

    Drea hope you are well...

Oh best of luck for the Race for Life! Better in the rain than stifling heat though I hope!

Muscle is easing a bit today but gonna wait till at least the start of next week before I run again, maybe longer if it doesn't feel totally better. It still hurts and twinges sometimes but not the same constant pain as before.

Angela6834 - hope you are getting a good rest and aren't in too much pain.

Elfen - well done on getting started, isn't it funny how such a simple programme can be so motivational!
