Gosh, I am out of touch - only just realised we're on thread 3 :rotfl:0

I always go red too - its one of the reasons I try and run early, cooler so my face doesn't go as red and there are less people around to notice the redness of my face.Never let your sucesses go to your head and never let your failures go to your heart.:beer:0

I also get a red face and it takes ages to calm down (def worse on hotter days) I think of it as good for the skin
I am feeling so much better today for doing my run yesterday....dh has said he will come with me on my 20min run (my run 3 planned for friday ) if we can get someone to sit with the kids for half an hour, he thinks it will help but I am not so sure
Have a good day all, very rainy here at the moment so if any of you are running in it good luck xxStarting with Avon C6 target sales £150.000 -
W7R1 done!!! It felt easier than last time, and afterwards I managed to do 15 min on cross-trainer, 15min on bike and as my OH was still doing some running( he came in later), I decided to do some more walking on the treadmill and couldn't resist running for 3 more minutes and a faster speed than the whole program! I am very happy!!!!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0

I've completed W4R1 :j I never ever thought I'd be able to run 5 minutes but there, I've just gone and done it. Not sure if I'll be able to move off the sofa for the rest of the day though:rotfl:
I love these podcastsI love hearing how everyone else is succeeding too.

Well done to spinme, skintlass, ginsvt and 69chick.
I didn't run well today. It was run1 of week 3 of the Gateway to 8K. Four 10 minute runs with 1 minute intervals between them. It had been very wet here so I didn't want to run on the fens and get my nice running shoes muddy:o So I ran on the pavements. I did the first three runs and then on the last one it was under some trees and it was very slippy so I just walked and then even when I could run again I walked:( No reason really it was just lasyness.
So walked a dog for a friend tonight as self punishment;) I will do better on Friday!Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D0 -
I done Week4 run 2 tonight, but done even worse than I did the first time I did it. I am off to London on Thursday for the weekend but will try and fit a run in then. If I still don't manage to finish week 4 I might move back to week 3 for a week and then see how I manage 4 then0
