Hoping for some help from the experts....can anyone recommend a treadmill? I've downloaded the first podcast and am itching to get started.
I'm looking for a 2nd hand one on Gumtree and Ebay but there are so many models. Going to share with my 16 year old son (share use not cost sadly lol). He's after the equivalent of the ones in the gyms but think even 2nd hand that's out of my budget so wondering if anyone can advise what I should be looking for as a minimum.
It's going into garage so size isn't a problem
    Thanks, Lesley

I am starting to trust the plan, week three last run definitely felt better than the first one. I even managed to remember to take a tub and collect some blackberries after I had finished today.

How is everyone else getting on? seems to have gone a bit quiet on here.

Hi there are some peeps on this thread that use treadmills so hopefully one of them will be along soon to answer you. What I do when buying anything like that off ebay is make sure I search for any reviews on it first.

    Hi
I'm no expert but I bought my treadmill several years ago on the back of a Which review, it was a best buy. It's a Kettler, very sturdy with easy to use controls. My husband is a good runner and uses it in the winter months and thinks it's good too.

I'll pop into the garage now to see if I can see what model it is, one sec.

ETA: Whoa, it's chilly in the garage tonight. It's a Kettler Toronto

None for sale on ebay to link to at the moment, but here's a very good and detailed completed listing for you to have a look at (nothing to do with me)

Then you are doing REALLY well, I struggled to climb in to the car after the runs until around week 7 :rotfl:
