I've just finished the C25K programme and have ran 5k twice (38 mins 1st time and 36 mins 2nd time). When I started I found the minute runs hard and can't quite believe that 9 weeks later I'm running 5k :j:j!!! I loved the programme and have been recommending to all my friends

Just started a half marathon plan today  with the plan being to run it in October!!Oct GC: £144.07/£2000 -
Chakani, next one is tomorrow, lunchtime runs seem to be the way to go during the week - the hardest one will be fitting run 3 in on the weekend.
iamashoppingaddict, i always end up repeating weeks, either feeling I can't do it or due to time constraints and not doing the third run. Keep up the good work!
Wow, studentmidwife, a half marathon! Great work!

Hi all, I started C25K a few months ago but then stuff got in the way and I haven't really been able to get back into it. I am doing Race for Life in a month and am hoping to run most, if not all, of the way. I am going into hospital today for an operation so I'm hoping it doesn't lay me up for too long. I need to start exercising to make myself feel better and get fitter... I hate running but my theory is that if I can do this programme and can actually run for more than 30 seconds without getting out of breath then I might be able to start enjoying it!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16

I've been starting to run recently but using the map my walk app to work things out and just doing what I could. Would rather do a C25K though so I can track progress. What iphone app is everyone using? xx:j0

Hey flutterbyuk25, as far as I know, this is still it.
I'm still going on week 4 (4th week in a row?) as I'm either not getting time or just can't be bothered to do the 3 runs in one week - and I'm scared of going onto the next stage!
But I reckon doing week 4 again is better than doing nothingCouch to 5K Running 2009/2010/2011
