In fact it must be active as someone there signed for my latest cashback claim only today.
It could very well be the case that they are having their mail forwarded to a different address and signed for there.0 -
Hi again. I am not holding my breath...my Trading Standards contact isnt holding his either. Here is a link u might like to read. http://www.mobiletoday.co.uk/searchresults.aspx?searchtext=cashback
Especially the one that starts 'Dealers meet with OfCom'...must have been a lot of guys in sharp suits and sunglasses.0 -
Hello. I've just joined this site as I am also owed cashback - £183. My view is that the public sector (Trading Standards/Courts/Office of Fair Trading, etc) are absolutely USELESS. They are so incompetent that people like 3G can get away with ripping us all off. I've also spoken to Consumer Direct in Scotland and just wasted my time and phone call costs!
I like the idea of writing to Bob Fuller, MD of 3G, to see if he has a conscience and is prepared to refund a month or two's billing time; just a thought!
I wish each and every one of us good luck. I expect legal action is not the route as pratt's like Sam (or whatever the 3G bloke's name is) will just run legal hoops around the incompetent courts. On the other hand it does make sense to cause Simply 3G as much hassle as possible.
I'm going to write to 3G in Scotland...I'll keep you posted.0 -
Simply 3G has opened his web contact form on the website.

Really? Negotiate? :rotfl:
Do you really think they will respond?
We have being trying to contact them for months and only ever get the standard reply.
How is this for negotiation - they pay us what they owe us straight away without any hassle (and guarantee that our future payments will be made in a timely fashion) and then we wont go down the legal route!
Go away you troll unless you have something constructive to add. And if you are some how linked to Simply 3G hopefully I will get to meet you when this ends up in court. Bring it on:mad:£2008 for 2008 club member 3360 -

For SteveC - if you are still reading and wanting to press on with your claim - now that you have judgement in your favour and it appears the company are still trading - it may be worth you checking out the possibility of -
'Application that officer of company attend court for questioning'
Form N316A
I believe the Court cost of this can be added to your claim.
Full details on the MCOL website at http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/n316a_0302.pdf
Taken from the above is the following -
Questioning will be by a court officer unless a judge agrees there are compelling reasons for questioning to
take place before a judge. Normally the court officer will ask the questions set out in Form EX141 and the
officer of the company will be told to produce all relevant documents including:• bank statements• share certificates• hire purchase and similar agreements• court orders on which money is still owed• any outstanding bills• bills owed to the company• 2 years’ accounts• current management accounts.

Hello Justin,
Thank you very much for your interest to solve our issue, as we innocent customers, conned by the blood sucker Simply3G. We have some common sense, to understand the issues and how this will be solved with both parties satisfaction. Here we, customers ready to talk and we tried every aspect, but the other end is invisible.........
I'm sue you are a mental person, otherwise you won't post the non-sense again and again. If you read all the post related to this issue, you should have a clear view, how each and every body tried to solve this, but no response from other end....BUT you keep talking the non-sense, you better mind your own business, until you come with the valid solution... personnly I'm asking you, can you arrange somebody to answer our queries from Simply3G propery, I suspect you are the MD of Simply3G Communications Ltd.... and checking our pulse......0 -

There is the question though about chucking good money after bad. You will no doubt already know, because of the possible consequences, the documents have to be served in person on the director that I would like to answer the questions0 -

If you are something to do with Simply3G and are offering us the opportunity to negotiate with you - why don't you show some commitment to your customers by publishing a contact telephone number that actually works (no non-geographic numbers please unless its an 0800 number) then at least we would have an opportunity to discuss the situation with you rather than submitting an online form which just gets ignored.
Go on Simply 3G have the b*lls to talk to your customers - you might find us more approachable if you didn't do ostrich impressions and pretend that this isn't happening.£2008 for 2008 club member 3360
