He'll come on stage, waffle a bit and state that "despite media-induced near-hysteria" they have done "extensive testing" but have been "unable to replicate" the fault. He will then go on and talk about "in the interests of good customer relations" and "as a reward to our incredible customer base who have stood by us despite the mud-slinging from certain quarters" Apple will make available a free silicon case for the iPhone 4 which will be available "from Apple stores and your local network provider" from <<insert date here>>. He will then, once again, thank Apple's "incredible" customers worldwide. What he won't do is admit there is a problem and there certainly won't be a product recall.

Have read on Sky News today that Apple will be holding a press conference on the iPhone 4 on Friday at 6pm.....will be VERY interesting to see what they say!

I think after a link thanks from bubblesmoney yesterday I will have a serious look at the samsung galaxy s, seems it is an iphone all bar the branding and os first looks seems they have made android run duplicating apple, awaiting delivery of one I have blagged for testing atm

well im absolutely fed up with apple as i posted before my iphone 4 has battery issues so i phoned up apple discribed what was wrong and they said it was most proberbly a faulty battery. They then tried to charge me £29 for what they call an advance replacement, where they would give me a new phone before my old one got tested,which i really wasnt happy about but as i cant be without a phone i was really considering paying right up until they then asked me for a credit card with £500 available on it just in case they dont receive my old one back !!!!!! .
i may as well just buy a new one and then return my old one and demand my money back.
apple really suck and i will never buy another one no matter how good a phone they make as i cant be arsed with the hassle when things go wrong

After using mine for a week I found no faults and liked the screen, that was about it, very unimpressed, sold it easy as it was sim free and made £100 to boot, gone back to using my 3GS, far better phone as far as I am concerned, apple need to get their finger out or the iflop4 will sound the end of the comms market for them as there are some very interesting phones about to hit the market. for me unless they bring out a new phone fully tested with the addition of replaceable battery and memory card slot the iflop4 is last one I will ever buy and that include the ipad which I still regard as terrific but there is better to come in about 12 months. R.I.P. apple mobile systems.

Email from Tesco just there to say iphone 4 is back in stores, check the web for stores.

After umpteen calls to get through to a Glasgow branch it appears that onlt some branches got stock and the one I chose hasn't got any.

Didn't actually get to speak to the branch as they are not taking calls, just the Tesco Customer Service operative. She then tells me that if I try 0800 505555 they can tell me my nearest store, however when I phone the number it appears they can't tell me because this item is a 'high demand' item, they don't perform this function for this product - I have to phone each store individually.

So just try phoning every Tescos in the UK basically. What a farce Tesco.

If YOU send ME an email saying you have stock, be kind enough to tell me where the stock is idiots.

I was just about to phone my local store after receiving the email, however I've now decided to leave it until after the news conference tomorrow.

Their website is so confusing they list all the iphone pay monthly deals, including the white ones but don't even state that they don't actually have any white ones!
