Will do, but only recently had an eye test that said I had perfect eyes, but will check again! Still getting an iphone 4 though! Hopefully from TESCO tomorrow in white! As seen a friends iphone and as long as you dont block all three bits of the antenna its fine.

I have to say I have been very pleased with my experience with getting the iphone 4 from tescos.

I went in store on launch day, and was able to get hold of one without having to queue up for ages.

Everything went smoothly, including transfer of my mobile number to tescos. My dealings with the customer helpline to deal with this transfer were handled well, and it all went off without a hitch.

And its a great deal - £20 for 12 months, with a 16gb iphone 4 costing £349.

Plus loads of clubcard points earned.

I thought Tesco were out of stock and the white one wasn't arriving in the UK until end of July?

I haven't seen/heard/read from a single person who successfully purchased an iPhone 4 via Tesco's telephone sales line. I wasted about 5hrs over the weekend and was told on Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning that there were 'plenty in stock'. This was either a lie, incompetence or they did have loads but sent them to their stores to sell. if that was the case then they should have told people not to bother on the phones and get down to a store!

The lack of info from Tesco was shocking!

I'm sure most places are! I don't want one until July anyway so not an issue for me. The way some people are slating Tesco and talking about going to Watch Dog etc I assumed there was a serious problem with them!

Thanks guys, just caught up with all your posts re: Tesco. I'm currently with O2 but was looking to get the new phone from Tesco due to the fantastic deal they were offering. I'll wait and see what's on offer in July.

Thats what I thought, so don't hold out much hope, but the manager said we are getting in black and white? So will see tomorrow.
