It's odd that the Tesco fiasco hasn't been reported online, I would have thought they'd cocked it up so bad that at least some sites would be reporting the nonsense.

I have reported on the issue for a few days now (whatnewmobile.com). Hopefully, it will get picked up by larger sites!

Its gonna be fixed with a software update without question!

Yeah, they'll put in a software fix that disables the bar drops being displayed! :p

I have just added to this site. I am now going to email Watchdog, but it probably needs volume to get noticed. You can tell them your sorry Tesco iphone story at - http://www.bbc.co.uk/watchdog/gotastory/ or email them at watchdog@bbc.co.uk

    Please do.

N20Y1D why are you still posting in this thread ROFL every comment you make cracks me up. HTC fanboys, they are all the same :D esp loved your comment about techrader keeping the Desire at number 1 in their top 20 mobiles list, did you not notice what they wrote about the iPhone 4 "The iPhone 4 would definitely top our list, were it not for the fairly major flaw which sees 3G reception disappear when you hold the phone with your left hand. It's an embarassing problem which mars an otherwise brilliant handset" :rotfl: so considering not everyone has this problem in the first place + the fact that iOS 4.0.1 will no doubt correct this problem its funny you still think the Desire is better :rotfl:

Oh and you cleary don't understand what this SOFTWARE FIX is rumoured to do....

"The fix is expected to address a issue in iOS 4 related to radio frequency calibration of the baseband"

Do some homework and then you might just grasp the fact that a software fix is more than likely gonna address these issues.

I must confess there is one MAJOR PROBLEM about the iPhone 4 which Steve Jobs needs to fix ASAP........

Everyone who sees my iPhone 4 wants to play with it, it's really annoying! Maybe he should sell those 3GS disguise cases then i'll be left alone :) ( I'm sure Desire owners have the same problem :o )

Please try and remember its just a phone and I happen to think the HTC Desire is a much better phone and a fix for the Death Grip will not change that.

well you may be having problems using this phone, but I have only used mine once because it keeps shuting down every 2 minutes, I am in the US on business, live in the UK, woman travelling on her own and now have no battery left on the phone. It shuts down every 2 minutes and then restarts, but this has drained the battery. Been to 2 Apple shops, both offered me a new phone but, becasue I am on 02 in the UK it was going to take days to get activated, I think they didn't want to do the paperwork This is just not good enough, searched a few forums and this is a problem not just a one off - COME ON APPLE DO SOMETHING. I am in a different country with no phone that I queued 5 hours to buy, and very ****ed off

I am so fed up and hate being without a phone miles from home

    anyone else got this problem

Desperately checking the dhl page to see if my iphone 4 has been delivered, should arrive any time before 2100.

Whilst doing this I take a call from O2 offering to upgrade me to the iphone 4, bloody typical!! After all the hassle on Thursday trying to sort one out!!

If you registered an interest in upgrading on O2's web site, stay by your phone
