so orange are giving out diferent info on the microsim?

some people are getting one sent to them others are being told by a contract or you cant get one

wish theyd sort it out

I am under the same impression. I will be going to bed after midnight so I will try a software update and see what happens!! I hope it is true as I too will not get any closer to the iPhone 4 than this, lol!

I agree with Peter here - O2 Customer Service will tell you lots of things that are not true; simply because they do not know. A couple of hours before the handset prices were released on their website, they told me they would not be giving out any information before 24th!!

Grrr how annoying is that!! customer services telling porkies!! wonder if i went to the o2 shop how long it would take to upgrade if i got there early? need to take the kids to school!!

This is my problem too and it makes me furious that a) I can't upgrade online and b) I have children
