Anyone know if we will be able to go into vodafone/CPW/Orange/o2 on 24th and get an iphone 4 on contract??
I know o2 have pretty much ruled this out???
Any help?0 -
does anyone know if the I phone 4 is available to reserve with Orange yet
Nothing on the website apart from prices and when you phone them there's a pre recorded message saying their operatives can't help0 -
Just worked out that due to my contract being up (18 mths at an end), I can have the 32gb on the same monthly charge £45 for £179 - of course the trade in value of my phone covers the £179
so zero0 -
Hey guys, I've been following this thread with great interest for a while now. Thought I'd join and share my thoughts.
I've reserved my 16GB iPhone 4 at the Apple Store in the Trafford Centre, Manchester. I originally did this as a back-up plan, just in case I didn't like the offers from the networks and decided to get the iPhone on pay as you go. It looks like this is going to be the case, since I really don't want an 18 month contract and no networks have yet announced 12 month plans. I'm desperately waiting for Tesco to announce their tariffs and hoping beyond hope that they have 12 month contracts and their iphones in stock by launch day. The wait is killing me!
Apart from Tesco, it looks like my back up plan is to buy the iphone on launch day and get either an O2 12 month iphone simplicity contract, or a Vodafone one. Specifically the £20 a month, 600 minutes/unlimited texts tariff. Vodafone looks more appealing since they allow 1GB of data a month in comparison with O2's 500MB. Quick question though, right now O2 are offering unlimited data, so if I buy the 12 month iPhone Simplicity contract with unlimited data NOW, will it be unlimited data for the whole 12 months or is it going to change in October? Because if it's going to get reduced to 500MB I'll be inclined to go with Vodafone.

After looking into it more I think I'll go for the Vodaphone SIM Only 12 Month ( £20 ) deal and attempt to get this £100 Quidco cash back deal.
As I said in an earlier post, I'm not particularly clued up when it comes to phones. Is it in my interest to do this:- Order 12 Month Sim Only (£20 ) online through Quidco / Voda
- Purchase the iPhone 4 handset with Apple
- Then how would I go about getting a MicroSim?

Seeing how it says "ships by 14th July", does anyone believe it might be a lot sooner?
(am thinking of following SkilledPad's idea above)0 -
Have Apple stopped taking pre orders for store pick up ?
I've just tried to order one for my wife and the store pick up section on every branch I try say 'Unavailable' ?0 -
Hi Does anyone know from what time on the 24th you will be able to upgrade online with o2?
