i thought only online purchases email you youre bill or do they do that with shop purchases aswell now

I can't believe I'm not going to be able to upgrade online on the 24th with O2 - I've planned my entire day around sitting at my pc! Now I've actually got to go out and find an O2/CPW/Apple shop that just might have some in stock???

PHONES 4 U are doing pre-orders for iphone 4 you just pay £5 deposit and pick what network you want. You are given two receipts to show on the 24th and you can pick up the phone reserved for you.

I'm half thinking about forgetting all about it and waiting until I can order online.....I've got such a busy day with my eldest child that I really can't be arhsed ffing about.

What makes me so angry is that the first rule of sales is to make the product easy for the customer to buy, not to stress the b&ggers out so much they run the risk of stropping off to the competitors :mad:

I agree, I`ve ordered from Apple but didn`t get there fast enough so mine should arrive by 5th July.

Thank you for that - I'm looking at their site now, but of course I can't see anything about reservations. It's just asked me to register my interest.....do you know if you get an email that you respond to pre-order or am I missing something on the site?

Many apologies if that's a stupid question but I've just skim read the posts on this thread about going to phone shops as I was totally convinced I was going to be able to order online on the day. :eek:
