I am due for an upgrade with vodafone..i phoned them today and they said all tarriffs on the new iphone will be the same across all networks as they are dictated by apple...is that true? do you think it is worth holding back until 3 advertise their rates? also as i never owned an iphone before is there an advantage in buying the 32 GB version over the 16GB apart from more storage capacity?0

Over an 18 month period, on the £35p/m tariff for the 32GB, the Voda plan is so far only £30 more than the Apple purchased iPhone and o2 simplicity.
Voda give 1GB data which is ample for most people, and their network is possibly a little better too.Regards

for those of you who are getting an iphone 4 next thursday, what are you doing about a case/cover?
i've pre-ordered mine with Apple and what with all the worrying about getting hold of a microsim for my o2 simplicity tariff, i forgot to worry about getting a case for it! haha!
i've had a look online, but everything seems to be available in July, which is fair enough, but i'm bound to drop it before then because that's just how lucky (or clumsy) i am!!
what's everyone else going to do? be brave and leave it bare (it's so pretty, it would be a shame to cover it up) or figure something else out until more accessories are available?0 -
Getting closer to a final decision ... just need some prices from Tesco!0

Im so stuck on what to do.
I'm currently on 02 paying £30/month for 1200 minutes, 600 texts and 1 bolt on (landline numbers).
Desperately want the iPhone 4 but don't know which route to go down - my contract with O2 was due for renewal 3 months ago but I've waited it out due to the iPhone4.
I use MAX 700 mins a month and probably max 600 texts a month. Just got averages from O2 - I would more likely use the internet (Facebook, etc.) when using iPhone though so Data would probably be more important.
Anyone advise on what the best route for me would be pricing wise cos I'm a bit of a dope on this!!
Cheers!0 -

Yeah but I think the real advantage is you are only locked in for 12 months with simplicity, and you can also get £25 cashback with the 12 month simplicity deal.0 -
Really pleased with the Vodafone prices.
24mths on the £25 pcm, £309 for the handset, works out at £909 over life of deal. I've spend nearly £850 over teh past 2 years on my current Vodafone contract.
I've no problem with a 24 month deal, I'm not likely to upgrade in 12 months even if on Simplicity and spreading that out over 2 year makes it cheaper on Vodafone. If its a 2 year deal it's likely to come to an end around the same time as the iPhone 6 comes out too.
Very tempted to go with it today as it's the best deal to suit my needs and has more web than the others. Plus being with them already I'll not have any of the hastle of transferring networks.0 -

Can you manage with only 75 minutes?
How has your current contract cost that much if you are only using so few minutes?0
