They do have a referral programme but I'm afraid it only benefits the person referring you. As you don't get anything I wouldn't bother - unless it's my referral code you're using of course
(joke!!!)
I assume that your £15 per month is +VAT. If this is the case then, as you say, it would take 7 months to break even. Is it really worth it? EFH only guarantee this price for 12 months so you may find that you have 5 months of savings then you have to migrate again.0 -
Signed up with EFH in November and they're excellent. Did have a problem a couple of weekends back with speed - but that was their suppliers problem (it affected other ISPs as well) - but it back up to speed and pretty rock solid. When the problem happened their staff were excellent on posting updates of the situation and when it would be resolved.
Their CS is good and for £11.74 pcm unlimited they're the cheapest but compare favourably with Pipex, my old ISP that charge nearly twice the price.
As mentioned elsewhere there is a referral scheme - it works by the referrer getting a fiver but nothing for the referree.0 -
I've been with them for about 6 months now and the service is great. Good speeds, no restrictions, free regrades, static IP, quick replies to suppport question in the chat support forum. Recommended.0

not bad, but their 1mbps price can be beaten. im on plus net 1mbps for 15 quid. only difference is that it DOES have a download limit of 1GB, i rarely go over, but each extra gig is £1.75. But the best news is that their 2mbps is only £20 (with 2 gig limit).0

i have six months left of my pipex contract, so effectively would i need to pay £50 to leave pipex now. plus also a £35 migration fee to go to EFH. in total costing me £85. which defeats the £12 a month that i would save?? 6 months x £12 = £72. this is correct?
or is that migration fee saying they will pay to release you from your existing contract? (i assume not)0 -
For 17.99 per month (inc VAT) you get 1Mbs connection. Very fast and very efficient in my 2 months' experience.0

You will find some ISPs that ae cheaper on price but they invariably are capped- EFH has no caps. so you are not really comparing like with like.0

Another EFHer here , been 3 months now apart from the problem at Xmas been crusing nice and fast without problems.0

Hey Spikey,
I'm paying £12.49 for my NTL unlimited dial-up.
Have you found all the answers to your questions?
I looked on EFH sites but I couldn't find the answer to the specific question ' Does it work on NTL?'
How about you?
