Which was deleted by the use of the spam button through the night and replaced as soon as it was reported in the morning.

I tried to order a pair of glasses on Monday, no joy I got a strange message quoting my ip address saying I needed to email them to "reset" my account, I did that and after 2 days chasing them was informed it was fine now so could go back and make my order. So I went back on to the website to find all the glasses I had considered buying (all Oakleys) had vanished, only leaving the more expensive pairs!

This whole thing stinks if you ask me, surprised Martin hasn't had more to say about it...

I would like to know if anybody else is in a similar position to me: I purchased two pairs of sunglasses through the MCD/Sunglasses Shop offer and they arrived yesterday. However, I would like to return them both and be refunded for them, but I would also like to know how to get refunded for the vouchers.

I have e-mailed support at MCD and (so far) have not yet heard anything back. I also called them and I was told my voucher would be refunded in ''...due course...'' but the person on the phone was pretty vague about it.

Any help or response would be appreciated.

Hi Noel1,

I'm not sure what else Martin or anyone else on the team can say more. There's a full update in the first post and we're constantly monitoring this thread to ensure there are no more problems. We absolutely do not condone price hikes and it was our intervention that got this rectified.

since I had my sunglasses delivered from sunglasses shop the sun has gone in, its been dead cloudy and ive not been able to get any use out of my new purchase.

I would like to know what MSE, MCD and sunglassess shop intend to do about this as quite frankly this cloudy weather is totally unacceptable!
