How can you get a refund if you have used it and ordered glasses?

MCD allow seven days to claim a refund, so tomorrow or thur is last day,but if you have ordered glasses you will surely have to wait until your order cant be fullfilled ( by which time it is to late)or you get your glasses if you see what I mean

i found another pair of glasses that were £68 instock so I emailed them to ask for these instead of refund i waited an hour but got no reply, so out of curiosity i went back on the site to check the glasses were still on sale only to find that these were now listed as not in stock!!! I feel that they will only sell the more expensive glasses with this offer and any cheaper ones will be listed as not in stock as soon as you try to buy!! I am really dissapointed with this whole affair and only took the offer up as it was through this site and therefore would be genuine. I have also emailed mycity concerning a refund but am yet to receive a reply. If anyone has been successful in getting a refund from mycity I would be greatfull to hear about how they got it.

Sunglasses shop are saying YES you can cancel and get your money back for the voucher. Try emailing them first to get confirmation.

Just been on sunglasses website to find the ones I ordered are now out of stock. looks like i will be after a refund from MCD as well

I have just emailed both Mycitydeal and Sunglasses shop for a refund

£17.50 from MCD

and £22.00 from Sunglassesshop

Wish I hadnt got involved and so much for everyone being able to get a deal

Regarding MCD refund, just to let you guys know I emailed them on the day of the sale for a refund but they have yet to reply until today. I think it'll be better if you call them up.
