I've just received my Ray Bans from the Sunglasses shop - ordered last Thursday. despatch note sent yesterday.:j

Does any one know what the waiting time is for getting the voucher code reinstated? I`m getting a refund for my first order (i hope) which ended up out of stock and discontiued, but have since seem some others I want, I emailed support@sunglasses yesterday morning but am still awaiting a reply.:(

received the aviators today, but they sent me the wrong size. i ordered 55mm but 62mm turned up.
i posted/returned them special delivery delivery so they will receive them tomorrow before 1pm. hopefully they will send the correct pair straight away.
i will let you know how i get on.

Thanks to everyone for participating and keeping us up to date with progress.

After some wobbles for MSE.com, Sunglasses-Shop and MyCityDeals, I received my Ray-Ban Caravans this afternoon. Delivered by UPS exactly seven calendar days since ordering, although I didn't receive an email notification that the order was shipping. Just have to wait to receive a credit for the price difference to my credit card.

Proof's in the pudding. I like my sunglasses very much indeed.

Ordered my Oakley Oil Rig shades on Sunday and they have arrived today.

It took 2 attempts over 3 days to actually order due to the voucher code having to be reset but i got there in the end (and by the time i'd finally ordered the price had dropped back to it's original ammount of £93.50 as opposed to the £108 it wet up to).

I too had no confirmation email, just the standard "please bare with us or get a refund" so don't hold your breath on tracking your glasses.

In all, despite the price hike which made me fume at the time, not a bad deal after all!

Fingers crossed everyone else is happy in the end.

After getting the email on tue telling me I could have a refund, and after checking the store to see that the glasses I ordered were no longer listed, I emailed both MCD and sunglasseshop for a refund.

No reply from either company

Today I have had a despatch email telling me that they will be with me tomorrow.

See the post from the other sunglasses company? I wonder how many negative comments about SS came from their competition? Very suspect just as everyone gets their sunglasses (including myself thank you) that an advert pops up promoting another company. Any one else feel that is a bit underhand?
