Our mods usually delete phone numbers on posts, which is a good idea, unless the poster says they need people to call as they will not have access to computer to check emails and need items gone quickly.

I sometimes ask that people include a LAND LINE phone number in their request email (if they dont mind) as this can speed up collection arrangements, and avoids me waiting for responses that sometimes never come after Ive offered an item. It usually shows who is serious about their request too.

I did fall foul of this recently though, as someone offered me something via email in the morning, giving me their address and suggesting a time later that same day for me to collect, however I did not look at my emails again until that evening, by which time they had sent another very snotty email saying they had waited in all day for me and I had not turned up:o, I felt very bad about that, but they just assumed I had recieved the email, what can you do?

I know this is a long shot, my iphone was stolen! So now i feel lost, was wondering if any one had one they were not using. Maybe you upgradded and need a home for your old one. I would be so greatful i am using something so old it doesnt not support internet! It was my way around with its google maps!

Has anybody got a spare ipad lying around that they no longer need as I want one but cannot afford it. I have a seriously ill cat that needs to be destroyed so I am saving to have it put down. I can collect from anywhere.
