Anyone else posting on the official forum getting this when they try and post:

This is absolute shocking customer service. I told an advisor about this change and his reply was "dont go on the internet then."

Could not believe what was said. They have given me an internet phone and now saying dont use the internet on it.

@N20Y1D they are obviously feeling the pressure, and have decided to stop anyone posting on the matter... typical! Least they have no control over this one.

You can bet your !!!! it's because they've started sending out text messages to people.... Stampeeeed!

If 1300 messages look bad.... imagine what 13000 will look like!

Yes i did, it does actually say 500mb on my contract BUT i was told i would not be charged if i went over this.

They have a weekly team meeting every Friday afternoon from 2pm.

500mb is the FUP, but does it state anywhere that if you go over you will be charged £5 per 500MB?
