I got a new phone last June and it's been great, except that my contract has unlimited internet access and I just don't use it!! I thought I would, but I don't. So I thought I'd just change my contract.....like I've done several times in the past. Except that I can't!!! Apparently I'm on a "new type" of contract that means I can only add to it........ When I pointed out that my phone is hardly new the bloke blustered about a bit and just kept repeating himself........

I wonder how many people like this make up the 97%....

That PDF shoes March 2010 as the date (right at the end of the document).

Was this PDF provided as is, or was it text in an email, or perhaps sent as a word document?

Me too and if you click on the link it just takes you to their coprorate website home page - not to any information about roaming charges. You have to dig about and then you find they are putting the charges up by 500%!!!

Previously it was £5, it is now £25!

Thank god I dont use any data whilst roaming!!

t&c's were sent with my welcome email, was at the bottom of the email

Try posting on the eforum... a little pop comes up saying, this post will be reviewed before going live... and then they just dont go live.
