I know this is a long shot, but has anyone got a screen shot of the VF site showing the Magic for £25 per month, 100min, 500 texts and UNLIMITED internet from around August last year? A scan of a print out will do. Gutted I threw mine away and need it now!


So can anyone assist here? Compiling all the info to send to my solicitors.

Got it off google images, not £25 a month, but its something, proof at least that they advertised the magic with unlimited data

No contact from VF yet whatsoever...

My bill also shows a lot less data usage than I actually used - If my SPB Mobile Data has to be believed, I used 522MB in last 20 days of the billing month after I came to know of this VF development. Bill is not more than 400MB for the whole month :eek:!

I have taken the view that I will wait for an official VF notification, and till then I will continue enjoying my contract allowances, as I have always done.

As far I know, you can give them a reasonable time to reply in your letter, I would say about 7 or 14 days...

but unless you say something or officially specified in T&Cs, they will have no time restrictions on that.
