Not received mine yet, even though they said it was sent last Tuesday. Really annoying me now, want to go and have a go at the postman for not delivering it even though I know it's not his fault, lol. :)

I don't actually believe a word they say about sending them out. When I rang the helpline an advisor told me that they don't actually have a sent out date field on individual records for people. They have a requested date which is went the system is requested it for printing, but not actually dispatched. Maybe if I ring up again, another advisor will tell me something completely different perhaps?

Made 2 phone calls to TC helpline in the last week and both of them gave Tuesday as day of postage, (thought I might be able to catch them out) although first one thought I would receive it by the weekend. Well I live in hope that it will be here tomorrow :D

I'm jumpy over mine as prescription exemption runs out. Wish that form would hurry up. They told me it was sent 2 weeks ago.
Last year it was late and I ended up having to get pre-payment certificate. Cant really afford that but can even less afford not having something for prescriptions and dental stuff.

Tax credits renewal forms are being issued out from April to the 20th June. You then have until the 31st July to reply. Therefore if you haven't received a renewal pack yet it's not a case of it being late it may just be it hasn't been issued yet. Tax credit advisors see a date of issue on the system, we have been told that if you haven't received the renewal pack 2 weeks after the shown date of issue then we have to re-issue a new pack.

    many many thanks joanne.
my missus (and other staff) had to take a paycut in their job to enable her boss to stay in business and therefore keep their jobs so any extra credit would definitely come in handy.
    many thanks again.

i could be wrong but i think there is something on the form saying have you opted out of salery so they might not cover the diffference as she opted to do that

    Hi.

I have received tax credits since they first begun and dont EVER remember seeing this question on the forms ?

I would imagine that given the current recession , there have been quite a lot of people who have taken paycuts willingly as oppossed to loosing their jobs altogether.

I'm still waiting mine too. I rang up and was told it was sent beginning of May but must wait for it to arrive. My big worry is my health exemptions run out end of june so clearly I need it all sorted by then but cant renew until form arrives which it seems could be anytime or not at all.
