I received mine just over 2 weeks ago, surname B postcode T, think it maybe just pot luck when you receive it, I dont think its to do with if you receive lots of benefits you get it quicker, my husband works full-time.
We have still not had the new calculations yet though.

Hi , i would give them a ring to make sure your renewal is going through ok .
I had my new payments AND my lump sum all sorted within 6 days which was excellent !

I phoned them on Thursday and asked what was happening as when I telephoned my renewall it would take around 2 weeks, to be told that its a minimm of 2 weeks to sort out!!

A friend of mine is still waiting for his renewal. I was going to post on here for advice for him but seeing this thread show's that there are others in the same boat.0

Rang them couple of weeks ago and asked this question as I hadn't received mine yet, she told me that those on the most benefits get theirs first, so no time soon for me then!
Asked friend last week who is on IS if she had hers yet but she hadn't! Not sure how accurate her reply was. (lady from TC, not my friend, ha)
don't think that is quite right......I get the family element only with five kids and that's £10.40 per week - nowhere near I think 'the most' in terms of benefit receipt!0 -

We got ours really early and don't receive any benefits so I think TC lady may have been talking out of her bottom!August GC 10th - 10th : £200 / £70.61
