LJD1 - I'm so sorry you're out of it for now - are you sure you have to for-go the challenge? :(

Sorry to read that LJD1....but the house has to be safe, secure & warm for you and your family doesn't it? Just keep on doing what you can hon, we'll all get there in the end.

Oh and by the way everyone, I still haven't paid a penny off mine :rotfl:
I'm slightly hysterical now about it :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:  :rotfl:

(Don't you just HATE 5-weeks-between-pay-day months? I don't get paid till 31st August _pale_   )

Thanks to you all for your lovely words. I've spent the day digging up potatos and feel a little happier about things. We've known the windows needed replacing but we had strong winds last night and my daughters window actually moved about and inch and a half so we can't hang on anymore.

Anyway, if i'd not done the challenge i'd have still owed nearly a grand so at least it's under £500 now. We're using our one account facility for the windows and the amount it costs will be my new debt amount. Just a bit upset as we were so close to being debt free. Such is life.

Good luck with the challenge to the rest of you xx

LJD1 - if there is ever a reason to get in to debt, it has to be for the safety of our children. Big hug
