Oh dear what's wrong with it? Don't forget you're not actually supposed to sell the phone whilst still in contract.0 -

I've been told by T-Mobile that 3GB applies only to phones bought from them directly, 3rd party reseller contracts get only 1GB.
I have been told differently. If you contact T-Mobile they'll tell you that the 3rd party has set it up incorrectly and change you away from whatever you have to Web and Walk Plus and your choice of booster. Several folk have done it on this board too. I got mine from Carphone Warehouse and phoned T-Mobile as it said in the my account section that Android phones on the network should have 3GB no mention of who they were bought from. The guy was really helpful, told me that they'd just set it up wrongly and was happy to make it right, give me 3GB Web in Walk plus and unlimited Landlines which was excellent.
It admittedly helps if you get a decent CS rep and I got a UK based one who was really helpful.0 -
I wrote an email to their customer support people earlier, so hopefully I will get a response in the next day or so. There does seem to be some confusion, I highlighted the fact that their Fair Usage Policy says 3Gb for Android and does not explicitly say this only applies for handsets bought directly from T-Mobile.0

I'm a bit disappointed with oranges 500mb cap!0

The good news:
Ordered my phone saturday night, had a text yesterday saying it would be delivered today (Monday).
And now for the bad:I'm a bit disappointed with oranges 500mb cap!
You think 500MB is bad, this is their definition of Unlimited:
Unlimited mobile internet - subject to fair usage.
Mobile internet is not to be used for other activities (e.g. using your handset as a modem, non-Orange internet based streaming services, voice or video over the internet, instant messaging, peer to peer file sharing). Should you exceed your fair usage limit or such use be detected, notice may be given and Network protection controls applied to ensure the quality and availability of our network to all customers. This may result in, at Orange's discretion, reduced speed of transmission, suspension of data browsing services and/or suspension of your account. For use in the UK only.
Fair usage policies - inclusive benefits are subject to Orange fair usage policies which vary from time to time:- Unlimited talk, texts and landlines - 3,000 texts or minutes per month
- Unlimited email - 500 MB per month
- Unlimited mobile internet - 750MB per month
- Magic Numbers - 3 hours per Magic Number per day
Firstly the unlimited internet that I paid extra for is actually only 250MB extra
Secondly, can't use it as a modem, and this "non-Orange internet based streaming services, voice or video over the internet" bit sounds very broad. That could mean anything from skype to youtube, to iplayer.0 -

Hopefully it avoids the nonsense software Orange can use in the phones. Who knows what will happen when T-Mobile and Orange combine. Data is 3GB on T, 500MB on Orange!0 -
Hi...
This seems to be the best comarison site for lowest prices;

T-Mobile £25 a month x 18 months, with 300 mins etc0 -
That T-mobile £25 for 18 months seems to be one of the best offers around. I've just cancelled my Vodafone upgrade and gone for that instead. The quidco+redmpetion will cover the cost of buying out my last 2 months with voda.0
