I dunno - the deal was over the phone and I'm expecting to receive the handset on Thurs or Fr. I'll let you know when it arrives.

Hi, I have just tried to get my internet changed from my 1gb capped service to 3gb service, but they told me it is not possible as they asked me if the phone came from them. Did not want to lie as I dont know if they know where the contract came from.

When I spoke to them, they did appear to know where it came from.

Apparently, on another thread, someone said that they got more joy from T-Mobile CS Email.

Also, you might want to try their Twitter team. They seemed pretty helpful to me.

Anybody heard anything from mobilephonesdirect today. ordered on the 2 of august and was told they would have a delivery on the 6th. Didn't hear anything from them but some people got them from that delivery.
Last night got an e-mail saying they were expecting a delivery today, not heard anything yet but hopefully this means i will be getting one when this delivery arrives.

The 6th of August delivery serviced most people who ordered in July (i ordered on the 15th July and got mine from the 6th August delivery).

I suspect if they had a delivery today it would of been distributed to anyone who ordered towards the end of July, if you want to know for certain why dont you use the MobilePhonesDirect Live Chat on their website?

Hi, I used the above method and e-mailed the CS and I had a call back within 30 mins, and they said that it was only with them and not from CPW (they knew where it came from) but as it was my 1st contract and a android phone then they would do it for me, so I got the:

3gb net with for me a speed of 1.8 mbs, and the unlimited net booster changed to texts. So thanks for that sugestion above.
