HTC Desire - best deals I've found
Comments
-
I have just got a desire as an upgrade from a sim zero monthly contract (pay as you go by direct debit to everyone else) on Three.
They told me it was an internet talker for £25 a month but with 1gb internet.
When the confirmation letter came it said 512mb so i rang to complain, each time being told a different story. Eventually they put me on an internet talker 900 (which includes 1gb internet) and an additional 2gb of internet addon. Strange as I only ever asked for 1gb internet. Anyhow I asked for confirmation by emai and after 3 phone calls it has now come. Free HTC desire internet talker 900 plus 2gb internet add on for...........£15 per month on a 24 month contract.
I have rung to confirm and that is the deal, rather strange as i originally agreed to pay £25 for less minutes, but I am not ringing to complain and I have it in writing.0 -
Does anyone know if Chitter Chatter still have the Desire in stock? Also can I use a PAC code with them to transfer my number? I couldn't see it mentioned on their site.

I am not really sure what exactly put me off it so much. I didn't really find it that easy to use, and its very big. The screen is great but the pictures taken on the camera were awful - although maybe the settings could have been wrong. And the signal isn't great on it and lots of people have reported the same problems as the iphone 4 has.
I ordered the Desire last night but it doesn't say how long it will be or anything? Did it through chitter chatter?0 -
Hi Singlemum. Well done on the phone.
I've found a link to Chitter Chatter's terms and conditions (clicky) and they are unusually vague about the delivery timescalse. It may be worth giving them a call (0208 6558040) to see what's happening if they've not sent you an e-mail to confirm the delivery details. In the beginning, the universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and was widely regarded as a bad move. The late, great, Douglas Adams.0 -

It is, but it's somewhat outdated now. The HTC Legend was released to replace it.Mega Doctor Who, Gadget and MSE Fan!

Is it older than the desire?
I didn't pass the credit checks with chitter chatter :-(
i passed with vodaphone last week so maybe they have stricter checks? Have just applied through three so I am hoping I pass with them. If not I need to get my credit rating sorted!0
