HTC Desire - best deals I've found

Having tried phoning, and been assured by the drone that I was already on 3GB (the opposite to what the twitter team told me!), I gave emailing a try.
Within about 6 hrs, I got the following response:
Now, a speed test is showing around 1.5Gb, rather than 350Mb, which is much better. Result!
Except... looking at "My price plan" on My T-mobile, nothing has changed - I still have Internet Booster and Capped Data Rate as Additional services. No mention of any other booster. Is there anything particular that I should be seeing - or any other way of confirming the package I'm on - in fact even that I've really got the 3GB limit as stated?
confused
Hi, if you text "AL" to 150 it'll give you a text back about your remaining allowance - if it states " * Unlimited Internet" then you are on the Web & Walk package, it should also state your additional booster but the booster may not show if just been changed today as the booster remains until the next day.0 -
I found a deal on buymobilephones for a Desire on T-mobile for £15 a month, £119 phone and unlimited internet, but I'm already with T-mobile so it sas I can't keep my number, though my contract is ending. Is there a way to get the deal and keep my old number?0
-
Why dont you upgrade with them instead of a new contract like I did that way you keep your number0
-
You can move your current number to a (free ?) PAYG sim. Take out your new contract, them move the PAYG (current number) to the new contract phone. Very longwinded, and waste of time. but it works.0

Not in stock at mobilephonesdirect, buymobilephones or chitter-chatter. Does anyone know of somewhere with similar deals that has them in stock?0

If you want 720p wait for the HTC Desire HD/Ace - coming in October this year.0

Did an online chat with e2save, and was told they were in stock. I ordered and received an email telling me in fact they were not in stock and it could be up to a week.
Tried mobiles.co.uk, their site lists them as in stock, turns out they didn't have any in stock either.

That is ridiculous if true as it does say in stock now on site. Someone posted up a comment at the weekend saying they ordered Thursday and got it on Friday.0
