I am feeling very bridezilla today, the first of our generation of cousins (if that makes sense) has announced her pregnancy, my wedding will be the first time most of the family will see the baby. I'm delighted for her obviously but do feel a bit put out. My nan already said to me its the most exciting bit of news she's had all year (only told her about our engagement a month ago). Can't really say how I feel to anyone.

I felt exactly the same when my sister announced her pregnancy -read back this thread to around Christmas and you'll see my posts and I got some really good advice both on this & the Sept 2012 Brides thread. It will work out ok, I promise (my sister gave birth this morning incidentally!) :grouphug:

Eventually. I don't know how reflective -refractive?- amethyst is, but for the first few weeks whenever it was sunny I got completely distracted by the sparkles, lol! Just be careful driving : )

Not for me. We've been engaged for over 9 years (:)) and I still love looking at my ring, I'd pick exactly the same today as I did then. In fact it was only this morning I received a compliment for it :).
