    Persuade the bestman to cross-dress ? ;)

All eyes will be on you anyway-a groom is merely an accessory ;)

If the PO say it's too close there is the option of sending him to the passport office . You make an appointment by phone and either collect them same day or have them posted back to you (slightly lower fee).

i am a real bridezilla today.......

we are off on holiday in 6 weeks to israel to celebrate passover with the OHs family, the one responsibility i gave him was to take the childrens passports to the post office and get them sorted so that they would be ready.

I have just found them in the filing cabinet with an 'oh thats where they are' from my OH, i have filled them all in and done everything all he had to do was take them 3 streets away and get them sorted!

he then asks me why i havent done it and my reply (slightly screaming) was i've been planning a wedding and going to work and sorting out my passport and the childrens israeli passports and my MILs passport and my SIL passport as all 5 of them have to have 2 passports to get in.

so now the holiday is touch and go as i cant do anything until monday and this doesnt bode well for the wedding as he has taken on things that he needs to get done otherwise we wont be getting married (mainly he is in charge of transport!)

    ARRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH

    I've been Money Tipped!
Arrgggh girls! I'm so glad this thread is here! My OH is driving me potty!
This thread has made me laugh so much, I'd be fuming about the passports. And as for OH sitting in the middle of the top table, I'd also push him off! Hahah.

  • thanks ladies

unfortunately due his disability i cnat send him all that way by himself so i would have to go too :(

i am sorting it tomorrow (i will screm at him until he does it lol) and we are putting them through on the fast tracked service at £100 each!

    anyone want one useless H2B?

oh and told the MIL2B that we are taking her home to israel for passover (one of the most important jewish holidays) and she just shrugs it off and isnt interested, also isnt interested that we got a load of wedding stuff through and i think i may punch her soon!!!!

do you think i could get off on temporary insanity for killing my H2B and MIL2B???
The only people I have to answer to are my beautiful babies aged 8 and 5
  • I'd let you off.......perfectly reasonable given the circumstances

as for top table, as I have 4 parents and H2B has one it was far too complicated

depending how many people come we may just have one very long table, and let people sit where they want. then everyone is at the top table

Is anyone else's OH totally oblivious when it comes to paying for their wedding? He's on board with the planning, been a huge help but seems to think we're made of money when it comes to paying for anything stag related but think it's steep to pay £100 for suit rental!!
