Screamer, your dress is gorgeous!!!! Looks a bit like an Alfred Angelo? xx
Ps. About your signature... You're definitely not marrying the most annoying man on the planet. The way my OH is behaving this evening he's lucky I've already paid too many non-refundable deposits
When I say he's annoying, I think I'm being a bit mean. He does something that's really REALLY annoying and sometimes I find it hard to keep my hair on with him. I'll ask him a question and if he can't be bothered to think about answering, he'll shut me up by dropping in a totally random word. When I say random, I mean absolutely totally random. He was doing it when I changed my sig which is why my sig is like that.
I've realised today just how lucky I really am though, and that I really shouldn't be taking him for granted. I can't believe the silly so and so wants to marry me to be honest. I haven't been feeling well for a couple of weeks, my nasty temper has been rearing it's ugly head and I've just not been thinking straight all week, I think I said that in another post. Tonight, OH wasn't feeling too well himself (he's got ME and this week's been tough on him too) so he asked me to help with tea. I usually stay away from the cooker because of Epilepsy but he was next to me so I thought I'd be fine. I don't remember cooking, I don't remember my seizures (I had 2 apparently) I just remember being sick in my hair and snotting all over OH's hand. I've hurt my other arm now, have got a big bump on my head, I hurt my back while seizing, my leg is killing me but hey the bonus is I'm absolutely shattered, the nausea I've had all week has gone and I'm back to being in a chilled out mood.
Unfortunately, having seizures brings on a whole new set of problems. I've already lost 7lb in weight in the past week (well, since Sunday actually) and after a seizure I tend to lose more weight than is normal. I wouldn't be surprised if this time next week I'm a stone lighter than I was when I bought my dress. I suppose I've got the whole summer to beef myself up with BBQ steak though lol. Have been trying to lose weight for over a year now and haven't lost or gained a single pound. 7 in a week is bad news!
PMSL, I think I'm a bigger Bridezilla than all of you. I'm seriously considering hiring a wedding planner to take some of the stress away. I'd like to be in one piece for the wedding lolYaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)0 -
screamer, you poor thing!! Sounds like it had been brewing for a while. Yay for your H2B being lovely and looking after you though!

Does he do that deliberately or is it part of the brain fog that comes with ME? There are times when I say things that sound unrelated because my brain is firing through the wrong connections.
If he's doing it deliberately to avoid discussing things, think about talking it through with him. Thirty years of him avoiding answering questions could drive you up the wall!0 -
hello screamer,
This dress is really dam beautiful. Can you tell me about fish tale wedding dresses or some photos?0 -

Nope, it's not brain fog, he literally does it on purpose. I'll ask him what time he's at work in the morning and he'll answer "Cheese." I'll ask him what he wants for tea and he'll say "Ice badgers" This is what I mean by totally random words, total nonsensical and half of the time there's absolutely no reason whatsoever not to answer me, he does it just because he can. I've been picking him up on it recently though, it's getting to the point where I'm finding it a little bit ignorant and quite a lot infuriating. This is where my temper has been appearing recently, it's probably literally the only thing he does that drives me absolutely bonkers!hello screamer,

I don't mean to be rude but what makes you think I know anything about fishtail wedding dresses? I know what mermaid style is but I don't know anything about them and my dress isn't mermaid style, it has a full skirt and a train. I'm sorry if this is too blunt for you but I don't know how to phrase it any other way. I suggest you google for some images, you've got more of an idea of what you want than I do!That would be me! 101 days to go! They're all v lovely on July board x
I might pop over to see you all soon then. I can't keep hijacking this thread but my own thread died a death because I ramble and talk rubbish lol.Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Can he explain why he does it? It's bizarre and must be infuriating.
Have you ever tried doing it in return?0 -
Nope, he can't explain why. If I ask I get the typical useless random word answer. It is very infuriating. I've put up with it for over 3 years now though and to be fair, if that's the only thing he does that annoys me he can't be too bad. Now you know what I meant though when I said MSE is probably the only place where I'm likely to find grown up conversation lol. It never enters my head to do it back but I might start doing it, maybe he'll realise that it's really rude and really annoying. You'll have to remind me ;-)Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. @ Screamer my hubby does that too, Cheese being his favourite response so I actually go along with it and we've had a whole conversation just naming different cheeses or just answer back with another nonsense word and see how he likes lolDEBTS ARE BEING DEALT WITH AS BEST WE CAN:heart: Married my prince on 27/08/2011Baby Girl born 21/10/14
