Wedding mags. I have stacks of them. I mean STACKS. Half of them are issue from months ago that I haven't even had a chance to read!

If you don't think you'll find time to read them then feel free to throw a few my way. OH has a grump if I buy them because they're so expensive :(

    I really want my dress!!!

The bridal shop orignally said when I ordered it that it would arrive november/december time. It is still not in and they are now saying hopefully the end of the month. I live around 2 hours away from the dress shop so it isn't like I can just pop in to get it :(

I just want it now! I still have 3 months till the wedding but it will need altering :(
  • my most bridezilla moment so far............

went to visit the MIL and SIL (who is a bridesmaid) i asked her not to have any facial piercings until the wedding was over

but oooooo no she has a lip piercing - done herself and looking terrible!

i walked out and regained my composure before i ripped it out of her face, after returning MIL told me it was a perfectly normal thing to do for a 17 year old and that she thought it looks nice

i only asked for one thing NO HOLES IN YOUR FACE!!!! is that so hard lol

she is now refusing to take it out and says that she will put a clear one in for the actual day but im still not happy

do 17 year olds always have to stick needles into themselves and put a tacky gem in it????

    rant over ..........
The only people I have to answer to are my beautiful babies aged 8 and 5

I had a bridezilla thought earlier: I would *love* my wedding to be featured in a really cool wedding blog!!! But I'm quite shy normally. What's happening to me? Ok, I think I just want to show off the actual wedding and all the little details, rather than myself! :rotfl:

I don't think it would be unfair to say that she should choose between the piercing and being a bridesmaid.

You could offer the compromise for her to remove it for the service and the photos. She could have it back in for the rest of the day.

First Bridezilla moment - I'm getting really annoyed that we can't open a joint account and see all the wedding money together until my house purchase goes through and it is constantly delayed! They accepted the offer in August and the house was empty, and we were due to complete asap, now we are due to complete next Friday!

I mis-read a part of this and thought it said:
'I walked out and regained my composure before ripping it out of her face'.

Was about to comment that actually ripping it out was extreme!!

I thought I was being quite a mellow Bride to be but as it gets closer can feel myself getting irrational about wedding stuff.

Tonight we went round to MIL's as it her birthday. My future SIL was messing around with her eldest daughters hair for styles for our wedding.

And can you guess what hairstyle she styled her daughters hair in?

Exactly the same style as I have chosen for my hair!!!! Except instead of a tiara she has a large butterfly to put in it!!!! I mean what are the odds!

    Argh

I couldn't say anything as H2B was there.

Would it be rude to drop her a line and asked her not to put her daughters hair up that way and chose another hairstyle?
