Ha ha! That would be hilarious! Unfortunately it would probably turn into a thousand MSE brides being charged with disruption of the piece , not to mention a good few civil offences!

Ok- new bridezilla moment:

I have just received an email saying that ALL leave (yes I checked) wanted off in the summer has to be booked by 1st April. I am going to need the odd day here and there to meet with registrars etc. Why is this I hear you ask??

Bloody Olympics! Security reasons!!! Will jobs please stop interfering with my (ok, our) wedding!

Ok- so it's not just me thinkin this is a tad unreasonable...! I wasn't sure... Lol! I mean any leave, even just a day! I don't get it because surely they can just reject it if I can't have it for "security" reasons, if everyone else in the office is in, I don't see why I couldn't have it off at short notice!

I used to work for a company whose holiday ran April to April and we had to have our whole years holiday requests in by around the February before the start of that holiday year. It was ridiculous!

Haha how is 'security reasons' being used as the reason? They think you are going to take your holiday to go and disrupt the Olympics??! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
