BORGIE......No extra payments yet. . . Have rang tc and i dont need to ring specialist team as my renewal is being processed but wont be finalised till next week as my childcare costs have reduced and that makes my new payments from next wk less and the renewal will be done the next day after my new award for childcare been done

Hi, just want to update. My award last year was over £8500, is

not now. I dont claim any child care. I was asked to phone specialist

team, which I did on 30/4/10 received new payments 10 days later.

Received my final award letter for last year on 15/5/10 and have received

my new award letter today. Not yet been asked for more info.

Hi Amani! Just would like to ask if you claimed childcare before. i have stopped mine in January and told TCO same day.

im not to sure if u have renewed wiv the specilist helpline do u have to ring them or do u think u can ring normal taxcredit helpline im just really wondering where is my award notices its been over 4 weeks or wheather they need my info just dont no what to do tbh does anyone have any ideas ?????

ive had one of these letters but ive still not recieved my p60 am i ok waiting till it comes what date do i have to renewel by

You renew once you receive your pack and you've got your P60 or at least all wage slips to calc your entire years income. Deadline for renewal is end of July.

specialist team will ring you or write to you if they need to...... try ringing the tc helpline and ask whats happening, it may be n the process of being renewed like mine...

iv just phoned the specilist helpline & she said my paperwork was issued yesterday but u can never be to sure with anythin i think they are alot more helpfull then main taxcredit line

Just phoned again about mine - nearly 3 weeks since I renewed. Still sitting there - still waiting to be manually processed - still nothing !!
