I'm still waiting for p60 but it should be here in the next week or so, i will just have to send that and a letter telling them to contact my employer and childcare provider to prove my situation their not going to tell them any different to what i already have but if thats what it takes to prove it. Isnt that there job anyway, i dont think any of this is fair on us its like if your on dss you can sit back and relax while doing nothing but sat around all day. But if you work you have to prove it and have all this worry while trying to work full time run a home and bring up children. What a joke it is. Maybe they want us all on the dole seems easier for them that way

Thats my P60 in the post to them today, recorded delivery. Hope they dont take ages sorting this out. Hopefully should hear back by the end of the week, or early next week.
Does anyone know how long they take to process the information you send them i.e wage slips and p60's??? Also how long you waited for a reply once you sent this info in??

I'm going to just send p60 like you as i'm just stressing my self out worrying that ive not got them all wage slip or receipts. I wil keep you updated and let you knw if i hear anything

Yes they asked for wage slips but I dont have wage slips so I phoned the tax credits normal number on saturday and the lady I spoke to said the P60 should be enough info...I hope so anyhow..I claim childcare but they have not asked for proof of this. But I only need to claim it for another few months anyhow.
I got my P60 delivered to work, did you not have this?

I have again contacted my child care provider for confirmation of the total amount I paid for this last year as I never got receipts nor did I ever ask for them - didn't know I needed them!!! I will give them til Wednesday before I then go down to the school and sit until they provide me with this information!!! Tax Credit Help has indicated that everyone who has received a specialist letter will be unable to have their claim finalised if they phone the main helpline number well this is not true - my sister in law and her next door neighbour too received letters advising to contact specialist renewal team - neither did and instead rang the main helpline number - they have both now received their FINAL award notices and new award notices for this coming year. My sister in law received hers today and her neighbour received her's Friday morning - how does this work then?????? Neither have been asked to submit proof of anything whatsoever - looks like some of us are well and truly being singled out!!!!!!!!! Well the sooner I can forward my details the sooner they will realise the information I have given is 100% accurate - I hope I receive an apology for all this un-necessary stress - I have only just come out of hospital following an operation last week, mobility is limited and I need this like a hole in the head!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I am new to this site and apologise beforehand if I have posted incorrectly! I received a letter a couple of weeks ago from the renewals team but chose to ignore it and renew over the phone which seemed to go OK. I then received another letter today from a different department of the renewals team wanting ... wait for it ..... P60, Childcare receipts, rental agreement on house, council tax bill, bank statements, gas, electric, water and telephone bills and names of all other adults at my address. I have been claiming tax credits for years and have never had to provide this info before. I have always told them if I have a change in circumstances. I have no idea why they would need this information. Any help would be much appreciated. thank you.
